Our Founding Legacy

TSL Steel was founded by three visionary brothers — Shri Sushil Kumar Jain, Shri Sunil Kumar Jain, and Shri Satish Kumar Jain — under the guidance and blessings of their late parents, Shri Munna Lal Jain Ji and Smt. Prem Lata Jain Ji. Their journey began not with capital, but with a clear belief: that business must be built on integrity, courage, and long-term vision.
With over 50 years of combined experience in the Indian steel and infrastructure ecosystem, the founders turned their deep technical and market understanding into their biggest strength. What started as a modest trading venture quickly evolved into a diversified industrial enterprise with national impact.
